Hi I was on 10mg felt ok. Had some residual anxiety. I went to 15 and the transition was hard. It got getter for a bit, but now everything is back. My doc is recommending going to 20mg. I want real relief from the cyclical thoughts and pressure in my chest, but I have worries too about being on the highest dose. Anyone have experiences to share on 20mg. For what it is worth anxiety and OCD seem to be the man culprits here. I was on celexa for a decade and it was great. It stopped working. I tried Paxil, Cymbalta, Prozac. None have worked. I have no side affects from the 15 of trintellix, but still worry, which is of course par for the course.
