ive never reached day 8 because i usually quit on day 3-4 and i feel so relaxed and confident its honestly amazing. im not talking to girls or anything but i just feel this peace and calmness over me when i am outside and i have to interact with people. the problem is i havent had an urge yet and i think i might give in when it comes. wish me luck lol
