Very strange request, but basically my work allows a one time spend of up to $500 of free money towards an electronic device and I want something to play music off a speaker at work. Can't use my phone for music because loud annoying alerts sound off it all the time.

The display can be small because it will pretty much sit in my bag all day. I just want the Bluetooth connection to be good, the battery to last a while, and for the tablet not to lag randomly while playing music. I have all my songs on PowerAmp (Android app) so can't use an Apple device. Thanks for any help and consideration.
