I was repotting some big Ghost Echevaria plants so of course I had lots of leaves fall off... It's been about two weeks sitting in coir and perlite, let's see how it goes!

I had to partially "disassemble" one of my monsteras and some of the offcuts are growing shoots. Great! But I'm also left deciding what to do about this section. It's one long piece which has started sprouting new growth at the top, and also new white shoots at the root. It's a really unwieldy length - can I split this into two plants? What would you do?
