Wasn't able to time out of work, HR won't accept my proof that I worked the whole day
Hi! I wasn't able to time out of work because either the biometrics didn't register or I completely forgot due to being overworked (I know that's not a valid reason)
But our HR won't accept formal proof that I was working at the office for 9 hours.
Can I report this to DOLE or what can I do to make my whole day paid? They won't accept my reasons because dapat nakapag out daw ako, but I don't remember that much because everyday looks the same (millenial here huhu).
