Hot take? Notch on MacBook Neo?
YES I know the only reason the air and the pro had a notch is to hide the camera, as it has super thin bezels, and the Neo already has the camera hidden, but when I’m multitasking, the dead space at the top between application controls and menu bar is empty, anyway so I added a notch with boring notch app just to give it more capability , I also find it super useful as I can add important files like my CV and stuff. I know the Neo screen isn’t OLED, but my phone camera makes the colour difference between the bezel and fake notch look so much worse than it actually is- I can hardly see the difference in real life
You can also adjust the size, so when I’m on safari, it doesn’t overlap the search bar and I can still access it in full screen apps like PowerPoint, as it’s so small it doesn’t even get in the way. What do we think?
