Overnight i developed this itchy rash on the shaft of my penis. Im thinking it may be an eczema thing or soap related because a day or two prior i used a scented fruity soap when i normally always use sensitive skin non scented soap. Id just like a second opinion because obviously something like this can be worrying. Ive only had sex with the same person for a year and a half so unless it was something dormant i dont believe its std related.
