Approved! Unmarried Partner Visa 🎉
Long time lurker first time poster but the timelines helped me so I thought I would share.

Bio: 10 April
Approved: 12 May
We used Westkin Law as we had tried to do it ourselves last year and got denied with not enough proof of relationship. She really helped us deep dive into evidence and clearly it all paid off this time!
We had no cohabitation before, my partner was a German resident living in the States which also made it more complicated. We submitted:
- Joint account set up
- Sending each other money for things
- Proof I've been paying his UK phone bill the last 6 months
- All flights to see each other
- Holidays together
- Photos of us over the years, with family and solo
- Text messages over the years
- Call logs across the years showing us having movie dates etc
- Letter of residency from my dad saying we can stay along with title deeds and floor plan
- Passport scans in full for me showing all the stamps
- We travel doing pet sitting together so we also included our profile and reviews of sits we had done together for long periods of time
- All my employment details and letter from my employee
- Payslips for 6 months and the pending one at time of application and matching bank statements
Cover letters explaining the timeline of our relationship and how we couldn't live together because he owned a business in the states and I had family needs in the UK
