I am looking to buy a property in marina for investment purpose. My budget is 1.1M but I am only able to get a 1bhk in Escan tower or Manchester tower or internal view of dec tower. I want to stick to marina only and ready properties since it is easier to rent out. Should I consider these or look for a studio in the same budget in a good building. The building does not have a gym but has a swimming pool. I am lot confused and need some advice in this.
