I booked the unit approx 4 months back and have already paid 20%. Going for bank loan but builder is not sharing legal documents for legal verification.

Is there any legal issue with this property? Have been hearing a lot of issues about this property.

What should I do? Should I move on and cancel this? How the process will look like if somebody already cancelled this in past?

I have never seen CRM team worse than these guys. Extremely painful experience.

Have been struggling with their property named EarthScape. While sales team is extremely professional, CRM team is just opposite of that.
