Are these bars helpful for long rides?

I use my Trek Fx1, with no enhancements, regularly (at least 3 times a week) to cycle to my work and back; usually under 20kms per day. During weekends I sometimes do upto 40kms on plain roads.

Last week some of my colleagues took me on a Pune to Kamshet ride (and back) on the old Mumbai Pune Highway which has a hilly terrain. I did ~75kms in total. The only problem is I was totally exhausted. I could feel myself putting too much effort on uphill climbs despite shifting to lower gears.

One of my colleagues suggested to get these bars (img 2) which would help me to bend towards the front and shift the load forward. I currently have the straight handlebar as provided by default (img 1).

1- Do these actually help?
2- If yes where to get these from? Decathlon shows almost 2 times the price as available on Amazon
3- Any alternative suggestions? I saw that even drop handlebars are available online (img 3). But I did not want to deviate too much from the factory details of my bicycle. But if they're actually good/ effective, I may consider.

Additionally any other suggestions for a newbie to avoid exertion during uphill climb are welcome.
