How to deal with micromanagement?

I have worked as a server for the past five years in this restaurant, and my boss/manager always micromanages my work when we are extremely busy, which makes me extra stressed when I am in the weeds. It's always small things, for example, "Why am I using this spoon and not the other one?" "Why do I need water glasses for my 14-top that they requested?" "Why didn't I use this plate and use that plate?" "Why am I giving the lemons away?" and so on. How do I get over this? Is this normal?

Okay, so what do you think, who is right here? 🤔⚖️

A server needs a day off and he asked a new server to cover his shift, which he gladly took, and it's Saturday night. 🌃🗓️

Saturday night comes, and the server who accepted to cover his coworker's shift doesn't show up for it. 😱🚫 Whose responsibility is it to cover his shift now? 🤷‍♀️🚨
