260kg / 570lb single to start the prep to prep effort PB

I’ve been wearing large sleeves and training with no belt for maybe 12 months, I thought today was the day to see what I can do with belt back on and tighter sleeves

I did this so well it gives me hope to get a sleeved PB soon :)

How does it look to anyone that can judge it however.

I spent over 10 minutes trying to rope / chain together 60 and 20kg dbs but I just couldn’t grip it today so will save that attempt for another time.

I had to settle for a strict near rep out with 60kgs.

Wow this ruined me, my arms my back, sweat city

These were hard today, starting to feel big pressure in the wrists with nearly minimal bicep pressure, might have to take pain killers soon and up the weight to get that strict legendary body weight barbell curl that I’m after

It’s 80kgs x 1, I think it should but I’ve not done a street lifting meet with weighted dips to know for sure

And to change it up from powerlifting I plan to do a meet and get a total, after I can do a neat muscle up with atleast 1kg hanging off me

Currently can’t do a neat one, so that’s my bottleneck right now but just checking
