I've tried to quit at least 10 times, my partner vapes and he's absolutely not going to quit so that just makes it harder. Normally I make it to 20-24hrs then I just grab his, this time I've sat like 2 metres from his vape and not touched it. Today was much easier than the first 48hrs, I'm feeling a tonne better. The constant stuffy nose and sore throat has sucked but butter menthols and a Vicks inhaler has helped 😅 I feel like this is definitely my successful time since I've gotten over the worst of it!

As the title says, my Facebook is 19 years old and with all the posts I've seen recently I'm worried about losing all of my photos if for some reason my profile was to be removed. I'm not the smartest tech wise but I'm worried about losing a lot of my photos, with getting new phones etc over the years Facebook is the only place I have some of my kids photos left which I know is dumb but there's a tonne, I've looked through the settings on my phone but I'm not seeing any way to download my stuff and don't want to do it one by one, is there a way to download all my photos onto my laptop or a USB?

What electrolytes is everyone adding to water that doesn't affect fasting?

I'm in Australia so preferably something I can grab on Amazon or at the chemist here
