I just turned 18, I’m currently around like 70kg & in my teens I went through a lot of mental problems that I do not ever want to go through again, now I’m better I want to take advantage of how privileged I am to have free will without any mental problems and want to work on my physique
I have been inconsistently doing callistenics for a year & had to stop after suffering from mental problems with therapy not even helping, so I’ve had to help myself and for the past 4 months I’ve got back on track and now I’m doing Basketball Callistenics Football and Boxing, although I still don’t really see a big progress so I’m thinking of getting a gym membership
If I do, what are the best exercises to do to train your chest, triceps & back? And if I do all of these sports would I need to have 4 meals a day to gain back all the calories that I’m burning?
