i got this epson wf 7310 from amazon today and it’s not working, it’s showing this error 034019 and i don’t understand what is wrong with it. it worked for a few prints before this error showed and it won’t stay to the right hand side. no paper is jammed inside. does anybody know? i restarted it and also reinserted the ink cartridges (from epson) many times.
