As someone who has ADHD-C, I’ve just come to see and feel that no matter how many routines I make, no matter how many alarms I set, no matter how many times I tell myself to do this, do that, etc, I just can’t get it done and end up procrastinating until I eventually just get to the thing I need to do naturally.
So, it just felt like I embraced procrastination because I can’t force myself to get things done, otherwise my own mind will just fight me harder. Do any of you feel like this too, where you’ll get to things eventually, even if it takes much longer to get to it?
