Does anyone have perimenopause CE courses that they found extremely informative and would recommend? Are there any certifications or intense courses to take? I would like to become more knowledgeable in the area of HRT.

I am starting to get overwhelmed by all the options. I was originally leaning towards getting an RLT mask. I was thinking a panel might be the better choice, Since I am almost 40 and experiencing all those fun aged related aches and pains. I am looking to spend under $350 and currently have the Hooga pro300 as my top pick. Any other options I am missing or would you go mask over panel
