Looking for guidance on how much of a water change I should do for my fish tank today.

Background: I have a 7gal tank with one betta fish and many live plants. I started filtering my tank 1 week before my betta fish arrived. I use all Seachem brand items for the tank. I use Seachem Prime for water conditioner, I use Seachem Stability for beneficial bacteria since most of my nitrogen cycle will be established with the betta in the tank. I did the initial large dose of the Stability followed by smaller doses daily for 7 days. I’ve used Seachem Flourish once weekly for liquid fertilizer, I also have root tabs for my planted plants. My Betta fish arrived two days ago. I did water testing today and will post results, I’ll also post a pic of my tank for reference. For water testing I use the API ‘Fresh water master kit’.

Here’s my question- How do my numbers look? I know ideally you want Ammonia levels to be 0. It looks like it’s likely 0.25 for ammonia although it’s hard to tell if it’s somewhere between 0-0.25 or 0.25. All my other number looks great I’m assuming. How much of a water change should I do today? If I’m going to do a water change it needs to be today. I’m a nurse and work long hours in the hospital. Tomorrow and the next day I’ll be gone for 14hrs each day at work and I’m super tired once I’m home. So, if it’s recommended not to do a water change today, it wouldn’t happen until Monday (3 days from now). I figured today would be a good day for the first small water change, I’m just not sure how much of a water change to do.

Someone with experience plz help 😊

He is a male Fullmoon Vanda & was just delivered today. So far he seems to be acclimating well and enjoying his tank with all the live plants! He’s very curious and observant 🧡🩷
