How can i look at the modifiers I turned on while in a run? or can you not do that?

Edit: I tried to google this, but its crazy.. I cant find any answer.

How are we starting our first run of the day? Full run from the very beginning? Or Teleport to our most recent area unlocked? Also, am I assuming correct that doing a full run from the beginning is how to get the highest attribute bonuses?

Right after beating Lord of Rot (Fungus King) in the first Biome.

The door opens up into the Void. it looks back into me.

Edit: I had to Close the game a start a new run.

Cleared the shattered rise awhile ago, have been playing through ancient depths. I just now realized all my corruption effects I gathered throughout the shattered rise are clear? What did this?
