Looking to buy Aranyakaa farmland. Since there are not many online reviews, looking for present owners to get feedback. Thanks in advance.

I am thinking or purchasing a managed farmland near karnataka Tamilnadu border ( property is in Tamilnadu- H2O By Aranyakaa farms). My purpose is to build a weekend gateway and not for generating income.

The 2nd option i have explored is Moksha village by Aranyakka farms near Shoolagiri. The 2nd option is cheaper as there is no development nearby.

Please suggest what parameters i should consider before purchase as i am new to this.
