Every year we have to reseed and lay down topsoil. 1 large dog that runs around.

Seems like it’s mostly quack grass. I use clover and grass seed in the spring, raking up dead spots then laying some seed, black earth, more seed, and mixing with the rake. It does come back well every year.

Soil is clay heavy. Was thinking of leveling things with sand?
