Long story short my 08’ CVPI started having this whistling noise, not much squealing or whining but a whistling noise whenever I decelerate from 4/5k to 2/3k RPM. We did the intake manifold and serpentine belt and the whistle went away for a bit but now it happens every so often. Any ideas?
