18F - diagnosed at 17 and i’m 5’0, stopped growing then. currently a student hoping to go to uni; any advice?

update: my doctor / surgeon said that it’s definitely an option for me and i can get it but it’s all down to my choice, and in the meantime im strengthening my core and legs to reduce pain by going to the gym. he says he does recommend it though since even if ive stopped growing, its still getting worse. im in the UK in privatised healthcare.
