Why do my posts get deleted every time no matter what I am asking?

I am just wondering if someone could explain to me why every time I make a post anywhere on Reddit, it gets deleted saying I broke some rule. I made a simple post on a computer help community just asking for advice on why my laptop is running slowly. I read the rules before I posted and even made the title a question per the rules. I did not swear or say anything negative, it was just asking for advice on my laptop. So what is up with the deleting of my posts? This has happened to me more than once and it just seems weird that it continues to happen. What am I doing wrong when I post according the rules? I am guessing no one will have a chance to tell me my wrongdoing because I am sure this will be deleted as well.

Laptop Performance-Need Advice-Windows 11 is so slow at startup

Hey everyone who is smart with laptops, I need some advice because I am a middle aged chick who doesn't know much about computers. I have an older laptop, it is a Dell that I bought for work when Covid hit so yeah, it's 6 years old. I had not really used it much for the last 3 years until a few months ago. I only use it for email, checking Reddit, LinkedIn and writing which I do in Word. Lately when I open it up, it is so slow to power up and the internet takes a long time to connect even though it shows that it is using Wifi (T-mobile 5G) It says that I have used 0.7 GB out of 1.0 TB in memory. Also the internet will freeze suddenly and shut down on me for no reason that I can figure out. I have pretty good security with both Defender and McAfee and I rarely download anything especially from email. What can I do to make this thing work better? Could it be my Wifi or should I delete any apps I don't use?
