I 18M have been of work due to a broken arm on the job but I am set to return to work as a full-time associate this month. Today I got an offer for a full-time 2pm to 11pm at Walmart which I accepted. Aldi has me working on open availability but I need to be out of work by 1pm to also go to Walmart. I want to keep both jobs but idk how to tell my manager in a way that doesn't sound wrong.

I 18m will be going for phlebotomy in a small city in ny state. There are only 2 jobs around at the moment and they both want 2yrs experience. I wanna travel but all I can find also want 6 months to 2yrs or experience. So how did you guys get experience and is there something im missing? I just don't get how these jobs want sm experience but no one will hire you to get it.
