In Onshape, I draw any part, then go to the print menu and save it as a PDF. Afterwards, I import the PDF file into a vector design program called LIGHTBURN (used for laser cutting). When importing, the lines always appear fractured, meaning they are not continuous—they break at the vertices. I think this is normal, and I’ve gotten used to it.

But what I’ve noticed in the past few weeks, maybe due to some update, is that now some lines appear separated, shifted, and misaligned. This does not happen if I select a face of the model and export it directly as DXF; in that case, the mentioned problem doesn’t occur—it only happens with the PDF.

Does anyone know a solution, maybe some setting I need to change in Onshape’s configuration? Or is it already a problem that can’t be fixed on my side, and I just have to wait for an update to resolve it?
