I am located in Estonia, Tallinn and my friend found this queen. We are not sure what exact species is that. I hope someone can help and we would be really happy if someone does ID it.

My friend found a Temnothorax colony and gave it to me because he wanted to keep some other species, and he knew that I wanted an acorn ant colony.
I haven’t given them an outworld yet, but I’ll need to give them one at some point. However, because I don’t live alone, I don’t want to have another big outworld. Since I’ve heard that in nature they don’t scavenge over large areas and their colonies are small, I thought maybe I don’t really need a big outworld. For some reason, I haven’t found much information about it on YouTube or Reddit, so I thought maybe other antkeepers might know what an okay size for the outworld would be.
Also, if you have any useful tips for this species, I’d be happy if you could share them.
