I am a 24 year old full sales cycle account executive for a small but reputable software/Erp company in Lebanon. Currently, I have around 4 years of sales experience, 1 of them being in tech. I am thinking about staying in my current position for at least 2 years, but I dont know where to go from there. I dont really like America or Europe, but I would force myself to go for 2-3 years if it was possible and if it boosts my sales career. I am considering UAE (maybe dubai) or Saudi, similar culture and room to grow. But I'm still not sure, I want to make at least 300k$ yearly salary 5-7 years from now, but I am not sure of the path to get there... I dont mind laser focusing on a specific company and growing my skillset/work experience to guarantee a position there in a couple of years, but there is no specific company in mind. I just need some guidance from a senior, if possible someone with work experience in Arab countries.

I want to stay in the position for at least the next 2 years. But I am not sure where to go from there. Should I pivot into Dubai or other UAE cities? Should I go to Saudia? Should I go to Europe or America for a short period of time (I dont like it there) for a pay bump then come back. How should I build my career if i want to hit 300k$ yearly income in the next 5-7 years. Would it be better for my career to stay longer than 2 years in my current position?
