So i have quite a bad abscess in this infected root canal that Im currently treating with antibiotics. It is my lower left 7 (I already had the 8 molar removed). I just had this xray taken and I was hoping to get some opinions on if you think it's worth me doing the re-canal, treatment on it again? Obviously it's a big cost and if the risk of it getting infected again is high I will have to have it removed.
