Hi,

I’m currently in the market for a Yamaha R-N800A or R-N1000A.

I was wondering if any current owners could confirm whether these devices support Spotify Lossless (now that it’s rolling out). Has anyone been able to test this?

From what I understand, these units use Spotify Connect via MusicCast, but I haven’t found a clear answer on whether lossless playback is actually supported yet.

I know this topic is a bit debated in terms of audible differences, but if it’s supported, it would definitely be a big plus for me.
