Hey everyone !
I just receive my cloud 3 S, i’m using the 2.4GHz dongle, and when i’m trying to find a good EQ setup, each time i’m moving one frequency, even by .1, there’s a static sound and the headset just cut, disconnect and reconnect 20 seconds later… anyone know why ? I’m using NGenuity, it’s a bit hard to find a good eq when every little modification cut the headset
