Hi, we recently sold our house and returned all Comcast/Xfinity equipment to the local store. We have the receipt of all the returned equipment. They told us the account still showed two TV boxes but we did not have any other equipment in the house. We are assuming those two TV boxes were never received. Can you assist in removing those boxes from the account so we can close it? Thank you.
