Problem/Goal: Should I fake my feelings for the sake of money or set boundaries?

hi, I hope you won't judge me for having a sugar daddy, we have our own struggles too and you don't know the full story :'(

Baguhan pa lang ako sa gantong set up and I'm still young, we have 10+ age gap ng sd ko. Good thing about this sugar daddy of mine mostly companionship lang like lambingin/kausapan lang parang in a relationship lang datingan minsan lang sexual stuff, pero naiinlove na siya sakin but I'm only doing it purely bc of money kaya ewan ko if r-reciprocate ko ba yun for the sake of the money or just keep on being vague and stay on lambingan lang like set boundaries?
