Please mention what you do

I’m a student in a medical uni and the system is here that we get our own patients either they’re referred to us by a diagnosis clinic in our college or we get them from referrals by other students.

Got referred a patient today so I texted him very simply and respectfully that he has an appointment on this specific day and time.

He has replied to me this:
He was like who allowed you to look at my file (no clue what he means) and where have you gotten my phone number from I’m not a guinea pig or for medical practice and i will hold both of you accountable and I will see to it myself.

Tell the person distributing people's numbers without checking with them that this is a matter of privacy, not a game or student experiment.

And the kept messaging me like “???” And “why don’t you reply?”
And that’s he’s waiting till the end of the day for me to reply to him else he will report me to the authorities and that “playing with people phone numbers is not allowed in this country”

Apparently the referring student mentioned that he has never spoken to him this way before. It’s a very common thing in this field to text patients but clearly enough this one is looking for trouble.

Honestly I didn’t reply at the start because I’m not interested to quarrel with patients but he is being very rude and is threatening me. My question is how and where can I report him?

Any idea of a gym around this area other than Fitness Time which costs 2 kidneys
