Hey,

I usually play with two friends one is one PS4 and one is on PS5 and I am on PC.
While in lobby, I can hear my friend on the PS5 but the other friend on PS4 shows as muted, and i can't unmute them, I tried to add them but it says user is blocked, but they are not, I have no one in my blocked list, and can't be cross communication because i can hear my other friend.

They have the same thing on their end too, and they have cross platform communication on.

How can i fix this????
