I'm American. I've spent quite a bit of time in the UK over the last decade, including attending two UK universities and living in London for several years. I'd like to visit friends this summer and potentially attend a fellowship program at another university if I'm accepted to it. I'm wondering what the likelihood of my ETA/any other sort of visa being denied is for the following:

I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor DUI in November 2024. The charge was ultimately dismissed, so there was no conviction. I'm currently in the process of getting the arrest and charge expunged. How likely would it be that the UK would deny me entry because of this?
