Guys there is this guy adil pasha broker of apartments he is a fraud if any of you by any chance cross paths in finding a flat for staying as a student you must be aware of these kind of guys he is a big fraud he will take you to flats and has a nexus with the landlord to manipulate the customer after that he will ask you for 20k 10 for brokerage and 10 to so called landlord next day he will tell you the flat is sold of and wont return the money i fell for it so you dont keep your eyes peeled

i got an apartment for 26.5k per month fully furnished in Koramangala area i paid one month worth of rent for brokerage and 60k to owner as security deposit is this legit or did i get scammed?
