Is both employee and employer PF is added in CTC and also how it is calculated for both and can we decrease it to increase in hand or increasing PF can provide relief in tax deduction? And also did accenture made any changes in basic i.e. 50% or 40% of fixed?? Is there any other deduction in payslip that I should be aware of excluding PF and tax?
