Hey yall. I've been dealing with this texture and tiny tiny bumps for over a year now.
Any product recommendations or even routine change?
I've tried AHAs and BHAs and they didn't do anything with these texture and bumps (if not probably irritated them more).
Current routine:
Vanicream cleanser
Tirtir Azelaic acid serum (2 weeks of using, 3x a week)
Vanicream daily moisturizer
