Whatzit do?

A few years ago there was a wonderful site (can't remember) that described all of the Windows services, what they did and if they were critical. It even included commonly found Norton, nVidia, Soundblaster and other items added to Windows. You could go to msconfig, look for things running, quickly find it on the site and decide a course of action. Anything like that on the internet today?

After working for the same company for thirty-four years, I retired and immediately got another job. Went to work for Home Depot, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I soon discovered just how much I didn't know. Thousands of little parts, connectors, adapters, tips and tricks. Finding this group, the same feelings wash over me. So many terms, phrases, abbreviations. I'm not complaining. This is normal. There is a learning curve and I'll get it. My journey began in 2024 and I'm looking forward to enlightenment because boy, am I stupid.

I'm new to X/Twitter. I'd like to have a second account. Should I expect issues like FB puts you through? Different email? Different device? Another phone #? I browsed the faq's but found nothing related to my question.
