2nd DUI (High BAC)

Maryland. I got a dui when I was 17. Had 1 year iid 3 months alcohol treatment program. MADD. 20 hours community service. The charged were dropped and record sealed. Fast forward today (I’m 21 now). I was pulled over while sitting in my car in the liquor store parking lot. I hadn’t actually been drinking while driving rather drinking while sitting in the parking lot. A cop pulled behind me 20 mins later and said my neighbors called suspecting I was drinking and driving. (They saw me drinking with my friends the night before). I did all the fst and failed and blew a .20. The cops where nice and drove me home after and let my buddy get my car. I got a good lawyer how screwed am I. Will this cost me my job. I absolutely cannot call out my first 6 months. Where should I go from here. How much jail time am I looking at.

Edit: they also tried to charge me with reckless driving which my friend in law school said absolutely won’t hold up considering they never caught me actually driving.

2nd DUI. Parked car never seen driving.

Long story short I got a dui when I was 17. (21 now) It was dropped from my pyscisl record and sealed. The MVA (DMV for those outside of Maryland). Threw the whole book at me and made me drive with a IID for 18 months. This time is a little different. I pulled in to the liquor store. Bought my drinks. And my cars RPMs shot up through the moon indicating it wasn’t safe to drive it home. I called my BF to pick me up and come see how we could get it towed. 20 mins go by and a cop pulls in behind me while I’m parked in the driver seat. Drunk because I didn’t have intentions of driving. But apparently that still has means to be charged. Apparently someone had called in that they believe I was drunk driving. I unfortunately did go through field sobriety and failed and blew some ridiculous .20 because I had JUST drank. My friend who went through law school said to save money on a lawyer. (I don’t have the money for one anyways), get a public defender and this should still easily be thrown out with the MVA and Court system. What do you guys think I’m looking at.
