Lost with all the reviews on the different printers, I don't know what to buy for my small business !

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a printer to replace my old inkjet. It still works, but it's at least 15 years old, and the colors are very dull for what I need, plus the small details disappear (e.g., if I print a dotted line, it turns out to be a solid line).

I'm launching my small candle business, and for that, I've created large, fairly long labels with very colorful designs and small illustrations. Initially, I planned to have them printed by Vistaprint, but then... I saw the price, and I don't have the initial funds for that right now. So, I'm thinking I might as well buy a good printer and cut them myself with a guillotine cutter.

The problem is I'm lost with all the conflicting advice. First, I saw Epson EcoTank printers recommended everywhere, then when I look here, people say they're awful and recommend laser printers, but I think they're not ideal for printing stickers with really deep colors? Anyway, can you shed some light on this? I don't have a huge budget.

- I'll be printing regularly, so there's not much risk of the print heads getting clogged (I imagine).

- I honestly don't have the budget for a €500-600 printer.

- I don't need photo quality, but I still need prints without defects (no lines on the print, etc., like my current printer does) and for the colors to stand out well, as well as small details. My colors are mainly pastels, not ultra-vibrant, but they still need to look good and professional on my candles.

Can you help me? I'm losing my mind over this.
