Hello everyone, just got the “unable to make a decision within the published processing times”, but I just did my biometrics yesterday? Is this common? (Priority, outside, Ireland).

I have received my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Ireland, and I passed an IELTS test about 9 years ago to enter university in Ireland. Do I still need the ecctis letter?
