Abysmal customer service from TurboTax.

I want to share my experience during the 2025 tax filing season. The system could not handle Form 1065 , and I spent over 12 hours trying to resolve it with no success. A live agent was unable to help and provided incorrect guidance. A second agent disconnected mid-conversation.

I ultimately filed using FreeTaxUSA, which handled the issue easily and at a fraction of the cost.

I am now trying to obtain a refund from TurboTax, but there is no clear path to escalate or submit a complaint. The only phone support available is limited to tax return assistance; there is no accessible customer service channel for billing or complaints.
