Hi parents I need your help please!

My baby is five months old. He was diagnosed with allergies at almost 3 months and we’ve been on neocate ever since.

This past weeks he’s been fussier than usual and crying a lot. Today we found blood in his poo after days of mucus. He was pooing every other day but now he poos everyday one to two times and it’s more watery than usual.

I’m so stressed is he allergic to neocate now or is it just a stomach bug or teething or anal fissure.
