When doing the housing application for undergrad first year my roommate accidentally put mixed gender housing and I put single gender housing and now we cannot request each other for rooming. We tried changing it, but it would not let us. We are able to change everything before that just not that option. We called the helpdesk and they said they’re just busy and it should hopefully be working soon, but why would we be able to change everything before that and after?
