I have a steam deck, a samsung s22 ultra

A cable/wall charger that is able to give my s22 ultra its superfast charging 2.0

My steam deck charger that's able to give my steam deck the love it deserves (it's good charging speed)

No I'm pretty confused about the chargers

My samsung charger doesnt charge the steam deck well (slow charging) and my anker power bank charges at 23 watts only with it

My steam deck charger , charges the anker powerbank at 42 watts but only give my samsung phone just fast charging

HOW DOES THIS WORK😂 WHAT AM I MISSING
