What do i doo?? 😭😭 i feel like i am dying of pain, i passed out, my bp is constantly low because of pain.

This is my 2nd cycle using MC, and this happened in 1st cycle too but i thought it would go away. When i remove it i feel relief otherwise its constant pain.

Normally when i was using pads, the cramps were extreme only first 2 days and those were cramps not the constant pain, this is CONSTANT PAINN😭

I have 70k savings only and as the title says i need honest and really and totally halal opinion about where to invest.

So that i can have some monthly return, not too much because i know the amount I’m investing is too low, but like 5-6k for my monthly expenses.
