How do others keep cats from using their raised beds as a litter box? I've tried stringing metal wire around the perimeter, cutting up lemons, and encircling my plants with metal hoops. Doesn't matter. I find poop almost every day. It's gross and a health hazard, and my dog is always eating cat turds.
It doesn't help that there are a metric crap ton of loose cats in my neighborhood (Avalon Village). Do other parts of Eugene have this problem with cats everywhere? Any secret gardener tricks that actually work?
